I guaritori non riuscivano a curare la sua tristezza, finché, seguendo il consiglio di una misteriosa donna, il re fece piantare nella valle migliaia di mandorli in fiore. Quando Gilda vide la valle ricoperta di petali bianchi, la sua gioia tornò.
Da allora, l’Algarve è rimasta la terra dei mandorli in fiore, custode di questa antica leggenda. Chemin d’Amande è una brezza calda di grano, sfiorata dal candore di una mandorla appena raccolta. Il suo tepore delicato porta con sé note di dolcezza avvolgente.
