A luminous, cool, round, and reflective structure. Lavender paired with juniper berries represents this cool luminosity. The subtle presence of tonka bean expresses the round and soft forms of the sculpture. Finally, like in a hall of mirrors, shifting reflections of incense appear.
Fragrance inspired by Anish Kapoor’s "CLOUD GATE," the stainless steel sculpture in Chicago’s Millennium Park. Kapoor states that the work "draws the viewer into itself." A mirror of oneself and others, as private as it is collective, Cloud Gate is an inclusive work that invites public participation.
