La composizione olfattiva, frutto della collaborazione tra Daniele Muratori Caputo, Paolo Cerizza e Lorenzo Orlandi Berti, si sviluppa in tre fasi: un'apertura fredda e clinica, un cuore che richiama ricordi inquietanti e un fondo dolce e opprimente. Ogni nota evoca sensazioni disturbanti, come la "moquette sporca" e il "sangue coagulato", riflettendo la mente di Dahmer e la sua ossessione per il controllo e il possesso.
Il profumo è un'opera d'arte che vuole provocare e stimolare la riflessione, non solo sul crimine stesso, ma anche sulla psiche di chi lo commette. Il tappo del flacone, realizzato in modo unico, riprende la moquette dell'appartamento di Dahmer, completando il concept visivo e olfattivo.
