A garden in summer. The calm of a sun-drenched siesta. And the children's afternoon snack. Jany. She is busy in the kitchen, amid sugar and flour. What she loves to bake, more than any other delicacy, is tarte tatin. The butter melts on the glass. She lets the grains of cane sugar fall in the silence of a fine, freezing rain. Its scent spreads through the room, echoes to the veranda, travels to the path. Cooked apples and cinnamon sticks fade into the exhalations of puff pastry. Then come caramel, almonds, and vanilla, powerful aromas that linger until evening.
Antoine's daughter, Jany, carries with her the fragrance of her recipes, cakes, madeleines, and cookies. An original pastry chef of childhood, Jany transmits the aromatic memories of all our unforgettable delicacies. To your emotions.
Top Notes: Caramelized cane sugar, melted butter, a touch of Green apple.
Heart Notes: Cooked apple, Cinnamon, warm puff pastry, hints of Almond.
Base Notes: Intense caramel, creamy Vanilla, toasted Almond, a veil of powdered sugar.
