This award-winning fragrance focuses on Javanol in a formula that enhances its grapefruit accent, sparkling with fresh, bitter notes of pink grapefruit peel and a touch of lime.
Javanol, described as the "wildest molecule" of all, is a sandalwood-like molecule that retains the radiance and endurance of natural sandalwood, while being as sheer and transparent as no sandalwood in nature.
Escentric 04 100 ml is a unique and fresh interpretation of a sandalwood fragrance, blending fresh, bitter top notes of pink grapefruit peel with a touch of lime peel. Juniper and pink pepper add an extra touch of freshness, while the green note of marijuana enhances the softness of the grapefruit heart.
At the heart, iris is accompanied by a "fresh, delicate rose" composed of four different rose ingredients. The drydown introduces a balsamic and woody base where Javanol blends with Polysantol, a slightly sweeter sandalwood molecule, to create a captivating and lingering aroma.
"In other Escentric fragrances, I have used a large amount of this molecule," says perfumer Geza Schoen. "But Javanol is like a truffle, and a few shavings of truffle on pasta are enough to transport you to heaven."
