It is a story of jealousy, sensuality, and beauty so intense it is almost criminal. As the myth tells, Psyche was a mere mortal whose divine beauty attracted crowds of admirers and aroused the wrath of Aphrodite. By sending her son Eros to take revenge, the goddess of beauty unwittingly laid the foundation for the love story that gave life to Hedone, goddess of pleasure and joy.
An olfactory ode to this myth, Fleur de Peau embodies the Diptyque founders' passion for Greek legends and the inexhaustible inspiration they drew from these timeless tales. At the heart of the fragrance is musk, the only carnal note intense enough to do justice to this epic story. Soft and velvety, light as cotton, musk finds full expression in this composition, illuminated by iris, ambrette seeds, and pink peppercorn.
White musk, luminous iris… Supremely sensual, the Fleur de Peau perfumed balm is a tribute to the love myth of Eros and Psyche.
This solid perfume is infinitely refillable and alcohol-free, ready to adorn the wrist, neck, or décolleté when applied with the fingertips. A Diptyque perfumed gesture that combines delicacy and sensuality.
