Opus XVI - Timber, an eau de parfum by AMOUAGE, is inspired by the majesty of ancient trees, symbols of eternity and wisdom. California’s giant sequoias, like the frankincense trees of Oman: ancient masters that stand as totems of strength and wisdom. Opus XVI - Timber is built around precious, structured, and complex woody notes. It opens with luminous nuances of cypress and cardamom, which lend the fragrance an airy character and a sense of openness toward the future. At its heart, notes of frankincense and fir balsam infuse the fragrance with a balsamic freshness and timeless energy. In the base, palo santo, sandalwood, cedarwood, and patchouli impart depth to the composition, evoking a sense of eternal wisdom. Opus XVI – Timber celebrates the most primordial and natural forms of past knowledge while looking toward the future with optimism.
The fragrance is presented in AMOUAGE’s iconic bottle, this time in a refined cashmere hue.
